After you have activated and started using your SIMs, you can generate reports that provide summaries or details about activity and costs. There are two methods to create a report interactively:
- The Manage SIMs page makes it easy to create a report for a selected number of SIMs.
- The SIM Information box lets you create a report of device transactions for the SIM that you are viewing.

- The Build a Report screen appears.
- If you created the report from the Manage SIMs list, the MSISDN number(s) associated with the selected SIMs are preloaded into the Device List, comma separated.
- If you created the report from the SIM Information box, the ICCID number associated with the current SIM is preloaded into the Device List.
- By default, the report selections are set to Traffic Detail, Last 3 Days, and All Traffic Types. Use the list boxes to make your selection and then click Generate Report.
- A preview of the report appears. You can view up to 100 rows. To view more or to save
the results, click Download.
- After running the report, you can click Go to Devices. This action returns you to
the Manage SIMs page. Note that the Search for Device box is populated with
the identifiers of the devices that had data associated with them. In this example, only
two of the four SIMs selected to load onto the report contained data. When returned to the
Manage SIMs page, only those two SIMs are selected and displayed.
Note: From the left main menu, you can select Reports for a wider variety of reporting options. See Report Types, Account-Level and Device-Level for detailed information on reports that are available from the Report Center.
