Report Types, Account-Level and Device-Level

User-defined custom reports fall into two main categories:

Within each report category, you have a variety of options for selecting the data set to report on, over a particular period of time, and how often to generate the report.

Account-Level Reports

Account-level reports provide general data for all SIMs/devices in the account, or for a specified group of SIMs or devices. There are three account-level reports.

Report Type Description

Traffic Cost Summary

Summarizes usage and overage charges based on Pool Name or Report Group over a specified time period.

Devices Detail

Provides a listing of all devices and device attributes within the selected filters.

Devices Summary

Provides a device count with sub-totals based on a selected filter.

Device-Level Reports

Device-level reports allow you to obtain detailed data for a specific SIM/device or group of SIMs/devices. There are four device-level reports.

Report Type Description

Daily Traffic Usage

Provides the total SMS, Data, and Voice usage for the indicated device(s) for each day during a specified time period.

Traffic Summary

Provides the total SMS, Data, and Voice usage for the indicated device(s) during a specified time period.

Traffic Detail

Provides details for selected traffic types (billable and non-billable) for the indicated device(s) over a specified time period. All traffic events are timestamped.

Status Activity

Lists all status changes, rate plan changes, and pool changes for the indicated device(s) over a specified time period in chronological order. This report does not contain any traffic information.

Contract Term Report Lists devices with defined contract terms scheduled to complete in a specified number of days or less.
