Manage Your Profile Name and Password

After you log into AerPort, you can use the profile settings menu to update your profile name and password.

Changing Your Password

As an AerPort user, it your responsibility to keep your password safe and change it at regular intervals to ensure confidentiality.

To change your password:

  1. Log into the Aerport Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, hover over the menu option with your account name to open a My Profile pop-up menu. In the example below, the name is Aeris Admin .
  3. Click Edit.

  4. On the Update Profile page, click Change Password.
  5. Enter your Current Password, a New Password, and the New Password again.

  6. Click Save Password.

    AerPort then performs the necessary validations, displays a status message, and sends a notification email to your registered email address.

Password Requirements

A strong password protects your account. When creating a password, please ensure it meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum length: 8 characters.
  • Cannot be the same as your login / email address.
  • Cannot be the same as any of your last 10 passwords.
  • Must include at least one of each of the following character types:
    • Uppercase letter [A-Z]
    • Lowercase letter [a-z]
    • Numeric digit [0-9]
    • Special character [ ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ ]

Changing Your Profile Name

Your first and last name are stored as part of your AerPort profile, along with your username (email address) and password.

To change your profile name:

  1. Log into the Aerport Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, hover over the menu item with your account name. In the example below, the name is Aeris Admin.
  3. Click Edit.

  4. On the Update Profile page, click Edit Profile.
  5. Enter your first and last name.

  6. Click Save Profile.
