AerSight Reports

AerSight provides you with a set of predefined Data Studio reports. These reports let you monitor the device-to-destination data-usage details and analyze any potential issues with respect to data surges, security, and so on.

To use the predefined reports:

1. Open the report in Google Data Studio and make a copy of the report.
2. Edit the data source and change the project ID in the custom query with your actual project ID.
3. Save the report by clicking the Reconnect button.
4. Click the Share button and add your email address with Read permission.
5. Open your email to find the shared report, select the report by clicking the link, and make a copy of the report.
6. Delete the copy of the report which was created in Step 1.

Inventory of Reports

1. IP Stream Dashboard, consisting of the following:
   1. Filters: you can select the data you want to view based on:
      • Duration
      • Destination Host/IP
      • Product
   2. Tables and Graphs
      1. Top 10 Destinations by data volume (MB)
      2. Top 5 Application Protocols by data volume (MB)
      3. Top 5 Network Protocols by data volume (MB)
      4. Top 10 Devices by data volume (MB)
      5. Daily Usage Trend of Top 10 Destination by data volume (MB)
      6. Daily Usage Trend of Top 10 Application protocol by data volume (MB)
      7. Daily Usage Trend of Top 10 Network protocol by data volume (MB)
2. Destination Host Usage Details, consisting of the following:
   1. Filters: you can select the data you want to view based on:
      • Duration
      • Destination Host/IP
      • Product
      • Application Protocol
   2. Tables and Graphs
      • Destination wise data volume (MB)
3. Device to Destination Details, consisting of the following:
   1. Filters: you can select the data you want to view based on:
      • Duration
      • Destination Host/IP
      • Product
      • Device Identifier
      • Application Protocol
   2. Tables and Graphs
      • Device wise data volume (MB)
4. Device Details based on Destination, consisting of the following:
   1. Filters: you can select the data you want to view based on:
      • Duration
      • Destination Host/IP
      • Product
      • Device Identifier
   2. Tables and Graphs
      • Device wise data volume (MB)
5. Protocol Details, consisting of the following:
   1. Filters: you can select the data you want to view based on:
