New Portal General Availability

Dear valued customer,

We are excited to announce that the next generation of our connectivity management platform portal, known as AerPort, is now generally available. The new portal offers a range of powerful features to help customers manage and monitor their connected devices quickly and efficiently.

Since the preview launch of the portal earlier this year, we have received a lot of positive feedback and we are now ready to make the new AerPort the default experience. Customers will continue to have the option to switch back to the original AerPort portal for a limited time. We are currently planning to shut down the original AerPort portal in Q3 2023.

The new AerPort includes improved device management capabilities, making it easier to keep track of your connected devices and manage them in one place. It also provides real-time monitoring and analytics, which will give you a better understanding of your connected devices and the ability to take immediate action if necessary. We have also enhanced the security features of the new portal to ensure that your data is protected.

We are confident that you will find the new AerPort valuable in helping you manage and secure your connected devices and gain insights that help you to optimize business operations and improve the customer experience.

View Billing and View Usage Export Options

In the New Portal Dashboard, you can view your billing and usage. These screens now offer addition Export options. Whereas previously AerPort offered only XLSX, now you can choose from:

  • PNG
  • JPG
  • SVG
  • PDF
  • Print Graph
