Aeris created the new portal to display usage and billing information, analytic and operational reports, device and SIM information, network status, and alerts using a freshly updated paradigm with menus along the left side of the screen. New features in AerPort are being developed exclusively in the new portal because the Classic AerPort paradigm will be retired soon.

Aeris welcomes your feedback and rating on the new portal. As you explore the features and functionality, please let us know if the flow and functionality suits your needs and works for you. For functional issues with the portal, please file a Support ticket.

  1. Login to AerPort.
  2. Click Try the New Portal.
  3. In the left main menu, select Feedback.

  4. Click SEND FEEDBACK.
