How do I reset my AerPort password?

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it using the forgot password feature on the login page of the portal.

Steps to reset your password:

1. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page of the portal.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Submit.
   If an email account matches the email address provided, the system will send you an email to the address provided with a link to reset your password. Please note, the password reset link contained in the email will expire after 5 minutes. If you receive an email to reset your password that you did not initiate, you can ignore that email to avoid any impact on your login credentials and will be able to continue using your existing password.
4. Click on the password reset link and enter your desired new password.
   You are now able to login to the portal with your new password.
