Create a New MyReport Template – Aeris

Scheduled reports are defined by creating a template. All existing templates can be viewed by clicking on the Templates header, shown below. While viewing this list, you will also have the options to edit or delete a template (as seen under the Action column).

After clicking Create Template in the top right corner, AerPort will display the following screen.

Use the settings on the left side of the screen to define your MyReport. Begin by selecting a report Category (either Account level or Device level) then select the Report type. All scheduled reports require a unique Report Name to identify the template, as well as a Frequency. The frequency defines how often the report will be generated; the frequencies available may vary based on the Report type selected.

The Report type that you select will determine the remaining report criteria that should be defined before you are able to create your template:

Account Traffic Cost Summary	Duration: The report can contain data for the Month-To-Date, or the entire Last Month. Products: Choose the devices to be included in this report by selecting a Product. More than one Product can be selected. The 'ALL' Products option is selected by default. Group By: Pool Name or Report Group. Frequency: The available options will vary based on the selected Duration. A "Month-To-Date" report can be delivered daily, on a specific day of the week, or on the 15th of each month. A report with "User-Defined Range" is generated instantly for the defined range of current month. The Start date is the First day of current month and End Date can be any day before the current date. A "Last Month" report will be delivered on the 1st of each month.
Account Devices Detail	Status: ALL, Bill, Provision, Suspend, or Cancel. The "ALL" status option is selected by default. Status Date: Select to include activity within the Month-To-Date, Last 1 Day, Last 7 Days, or the entire Last Month. Products: Choose the devices to be included in this report by selecting a Product. More than one Product can be selected. The 'ALL' Products option is selected by default. Service Name: The "ALL" Service Name option is selected by default. All Service Names associated with your account are also available in the drop-down menu. Rate Plan: The "ALL" Rate Plan option is selected by default. All Rate Plans associated with your account are also available in the drop-down menu. Pool Name: The "ALL" Pool Name option is selected be default. All Pool Names associated with your account are also available in the drop-down menu. Report Group: To filter out one or more Report Groups, enter the Report Group values in the provided text box separated by a comma. Frequency: The available options will vary depending on the selected Status Date: A "Month-To-Date" report is delivered on the 15th of each month. A "Last 1 Day" report will be delivered daily. A "Last 7 Days" report will be delivered once each week. A specific day of the week can be selected. A "Last Month" report will be delivered on the 1st of each month.
Account Devices Summary	Products: Choose the devices to be included in this report by selecting a Product. More than one Product can be selected. The 'ALL' Products option is selected by default. Group By: Devices can be grouped by Pool Name, Report Group, Rate Plan, Status, Pool Name + Status, Report Group + Status or Rate Plan + Status. Frequency: The report can be delivered Daily, a Specific Day of the Week, the 1st of each month, or the 15th of each month. The report will contain the current device counts for the selected products.
Daily Device Traffic Usage	Duration: Select to include usage over the Month-To-Date, Last 1 Day, Last 7 Days, or the entire Last Month. Products: Select the Product that will be included in this report. Device Attribute: Select the device attribute of the devices to be entered. Device List: Device IDs must be separated by a comma or listed one per line (a maximum of 10 devices can be entered) The "All Devices" check box can also be used to include all devices your account. This option can only be used with the "Last 1 Day" Duration. Frequency: The available options will vary depending on the selected Status Duration: A "Month-To-Date" report will be delivered on the 15th of each month. A "Last 1 Day" report will be delivered daily. A "Last 7 Days" report will be delivered once each week. A specific day of the week can be selected. A "Last" report will be delivered on the 1st of each month.

Frequency: The available options will vary depending on the selected Status Duration: A "Month-To-Date" report will be delivered on the selected date of each month. If the selected date is greater than last date of month, then this report is generated on last date of month. For example, the selected date is 30th and the current month is February then this report is generated on last day that is 28th or 29th day of the February month. A "Last 1 Day" report will be delivered daily. A "Last 7 Days" report will be delivered once each week. A specific day of the week can be selected. A "Last " report will be delivered on the 1st of each month. Remember: To enable better visibility of device attributes in a csv editor (like MS Excel), the following device attributes are encapsulated inside single quotation (' ') marks: MEID IMSI ICCID
Device Traffic Detail	Duration: Select to include traffic from the Month-To-Date, Last 1 Day, Last 7 Days, or the entire Last Month. Products: Select the Product that will be included in this report. Device Attribute: Select the device attribute of the devices to be entered. Device List: Device IDs must be separated by a comma or listed one per line (a maximum of 10 devices can be entered) The "All Devices" check box can also be used to include all devices your account. This option can only be used for the "Last 1 Day" Duration. Traffic Types: The "All" Traffic Types option is selected by default. Selecting another radio button will display only that traffic type in the generated report: Control plane: Cellular registration events for the device(s) while operating in the cellular network can be a Registration, De-registration, or Clear Registration event. Please note that Control plane information is not available for Dual-Mode A-LH devices. Packet: Start, Stop, and Continue events for Packet data sessions SMS: MO and MT SMS Voice: MO and MT Voice Frequency: available options will vary depending on the selected Status Duration: A "Month-To-Date" report will be delivered on the 15th of each month. A "Last 1 Day" report will be delivered daily. A "Last 7 Days" report will be delivered once each week. A specific day of the week can be selected. A "Last Month" report will be delivered on the 1st of each month.
Device Status Activity	Duration: Select to include activity within the Month-To-Date, Last 1 Day, Last 7 Days, or the entire Last Month. Products: Select the Product that will be included in this report. Device Attribute: Select the device attribute of the devices to be entered. Device List: Device IDs must be separated by a comma or listed one per line (a maximum of 10 devices can be entered) Frequency: available options will vary depending on the selected Status Duration: A "Month-To-Date" report will be delivered on the 15th of each month. A "Last 1 Day" report will be delivered daily. A "Last 7 Days" report will be delivered once each week. A specific day of the week can be selected. A "Last Month" report will be delivered on the 1st of each month.

After you have selected all the report criteria, click Save MyReport. AerPort will display the following pop-up, and the new template will appear in your templates list.
