Historic View of Support Tickets
The new portal now lets you view the list of Support Tickets previously submitted. From the Help menu, if you select Create Support Ticket, you first see a page called My activities. Select from My requests and Requests I'm CC'd on to view previously submitted tickets. Click Submit a Request to create a new ticket.
The Manage Users page is updated in two ways:
- You can click the pencil icon under the Actions menu to edit the user's name and permissions.
- You can click the arrow next to each name to view the accounts that this user has access to.
