Your Aeris Invitation, Username, and Password

The Aeris Sales Engineering team provides your unique AerPort login information via e-mail once your company's account has been created. You can request additional AerPort user accounts for other members of your organization, by contacting

Every new user receives an invitation email from Aeris to create their AerPort account. The invitation expires after 7 days.

When your AerPort account was created, at least one administrative user was added along with any other users that you requested. As a result, an automated email was sent to all initial users, inviting them to create their accounts in AerPort.

A user account is a combination of email address and password, which allows an individual to access the AerPort portal. If you are the primary user of an account, you must have an invitation email from Aeris to set up your login credentials. As a primary user, you are the Admin of your account. Admins can invite other users to the account.

Once your login credentials are established, you can modify your profile name and password as needed.

Responding to the Aeris Account Invitation Email

After you receive your invitation email, you must set up your account within 7 days.

  1. Click the Accept invitation button in the email. You are redirected to the Get started with AerPort page.

  2. Enter the following details to sign up:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Password (refer to the password requirements noted below)
    4. Verify password

  3. Click the Accept and continue button. AerPort validates whether your password meets the password requirements and also that this email address has not been used previously to create an account. After successful validation, AerPort redirects you to the login page.
  4. Login with your email address and password.

After you login successfully, the Dashboard appears. See Your Dashboard for information.

Password Requirements

A strong password protects your account. When creating a password, please refer to the following requirements:

  • Minimum Length: 8 characters.
  • Cannot be the same as your login / email address.
  • Cannot be the same as any of the last 10 passwords.
  • Must include at least one of each of the following character types:
    • Lowercase letter [a-z]
    • Numeric digit [0-9]
    • Special character [ ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ ]

What to Do if You Forget Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password option on the login page of the portal.

  1. In your browser, go to
  2. Click Forgot Password?.

  3. Enter your registered email address and click Submit. AerPort looks up your email address to ensure it is a valid username, and then sends a password reset link to the same email address.

    Note: the password reset link will expire after 5 Minutes. If you receive an email requesting you to reset your password that was not initiated by you, you can ignore the email to avoid any impact on your login credentials and continue using your existing password.

  4. Click the password reset link from the email, and enter a new password, following the password requirements noted above.
  5. Return to the login page and use your email address and new password to login.
